TYLER Goodrham is pleased with how his first half of the league season has gone.
Oxford United hit the midway point of the Sky Bet League One campaign with their late Boxing Day win at home to Cambridge United.
Goodrham enjoyed a breakthrough campaign during the 2022/23 season, and has scored five goals in 28 games across all competitions this year.

He said: “It’s positive and I’m playing a lot more than I was last year. I want to play games, that’s the focus and the priority.
“Hopefully the goals and assists will come with it. I try and score as much as I can. It’s about using that confidence and backing myself to know I can go and do that.”
The 20-year-old scored from the left wing on Boxing Day, a position he enjoys playing in.
He said: “The gaffer gives us confidence to go and be positive and relish those one on one opportunities, which is nice to have.
“Naturally coming in on the left, I want to come inside, but that also gives opportunities for Joe [Bennett] or Greg [Leigh] or whoever’s at left back to get round and get crosses in.
“It also gives me the chance to link up and play inside a bit more.”
