OXFORD United will welcome Maidenhead United in the first round of the Emirates FA Cup.
The clash against the Vanarama National League strugglers will see the two teams come up against each other for the first ever time.
Oxford City face a potential home tie against Sky Bet League Two side Forest Green Rovers if they can overcome Scarborough Athletic in their fourth qualifying round replay at Court Place Farm on Tuesday evening.
First round ties will take place on the weekend of November 4.

United made it to the third round of the competition last season.
Following wins against Woking and Exeter City, the U’s were handed a glamour tie at home to Premier League leaders Arsenal.
After more than holding their own for the first hour, United conceded three times in 13 minutes against a ruthless Gunners side.
Mohamed Elneny’s header broke the deadlock, before a brace from Eddie Nketiah sent Mikel Arteta’s side through.
The Hoops meanwhile progressed to the first round last season, before a 3-1 loss at League One outfit Fleetwood Town.
Josh Warrington and Paddy Lane gave the Cod Army a 2-0 lead at the break, before Alfie Potter pulled one back with nine minutes to go.
Lane though scored directly from a corner three minutes later to ensure the home side made it through.
