Cassington edged past Bampton Town 3-2.
Leo Kennedy, David Cooper and veteran Carl Osgathorpe scored their goals, with Nathan Beckett and Darryl Kew replying.
Spartan Rangers beat Ducklington 2-1.
Dave Large fired them ahead, only for Matt Kent to equalise.
But Craig Isle was on hand for the second game running to grab the winner.
Hailey's faltering title bid took another blow as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Charlbury Town.
Brothers Dan and Joel King were on target for Hailey, but Charlbury replied through Martin Grimsley and Andrew Woodley.
At the other end of the table, the bottom two, West Witney and North Leigh A drew 1-1.
Wayne Forrest was on the mark for West Witney, with Jason Lonsdale replying.
In Division 1, Milton edged a seven-goal thriller against Ducklington 4-3.
Paul Dray led the way with a brace, and there were also strikes for David Jeynes and Phil Benfield.
Ducklington replied through Ian Lewis, Stu Cutts and Jake Souch.
Brize Norton Res saw off Aston 3-1, with goals from Steve Morgan (2) and Dan Frizzell. Joe Hewer replied.
Dan Harwood bagged both goals as FC Mills beat Kingham AB 2-1, Rob Tyak netting Kingham's goal.
FC Nomads picked up a well-earned point in a 1-1 draw with high-flying Witney Wanderers.
Martin Bowling netted for Nomads, with Sam Lucking replying.
Dan Claridge notched a double to help AC Finstock to a 5-0 victory over Chippy Swifts in Division 2.
George Woodcock, Dean Mays and Chris Thomas were also on target.
Freeland Res earned the points with a 3-1 win over Spartan Rangers Res.
Andy Tabi (2) and Andy James netted Freeland's goals, with Craig Halkett replying for Spartan.
Combe produced a dogged display to edge past Southrop 1-0, Tim Wyatt scoring the only goal.
In the battle at the bottom of the table, Wootton Sports emerged victorious with a 2-1 victory at Tackley.
Craig Broome netted for Tackley, but strikes from Russell Brazier and Chris Stewart secured the points for Wootton.
FC Chequers Res continued their impressive form in Division 4 with a 3-0 win over Freeland A.
Ben Davies opened the scoring from the penalty spot, then he doubled the lead after firing home from a throw-in.
Ian Park then came of the bench to wrap up victory with No 3.
Wychwood Forest Res shared the points with Milton Res after a 1-1 draw.
Both goals came in the second half as Kevin Webb scored for the home side with Darren Chivers netting for Milton.
