Veteran Simon Gibbs smashed a superb hat-trick as Wychwood Forest got their Supplementary Cup campaign off to a flying start with a 7-2 victory over Ducklington A in Group 1.
With the competition being held in a group format for the first time, Forest spelt out their intentions in style, as Dean Godfrey added a brace.
Chris Reed and Tim Senior scored the others, with Will Graham and Tom Graham replying.
Brize Norton A also picked up three points in the group after a 4-0 victory over Chippy Swifts Res.
Luke Simmonds (2), Rob Hook and Matt Jupp scored the goals.
In Group 2, Aston Res's Eddie Brookes was in top form as his a hat-trick helped his team to a 6-2 victory at Freeland A.
Tim Green, Matt Brown and Richard Duff scored the others, with Matt Harding and Richard Howe replying.
Chad Park drew 1-1 with Spartan Rangers A.
Dan Andrews's strike for Spartan was cancelled out by Tom Drinkwater's goal for Chad.
In Group 3, Hailey Res surprised FC Chequers with a 2-1 victory.
Kevin Davies gave Chequers the lead, but it was not enough as strikes from Dan Davies and Martin Bull gave the visitors the points.
Kingham AB Res thrashed Fieldtown 4-0 in Group 4, thanks to goals from Sam Philpot, Adam Hunt, Ian Widdows and Dan Davies.
Phil Mills was sent off for violent conduct as Two Rivers beat Milton Res 2-1.
Peter Borchmann and Dan Smith were on target for Rivers, with Jason Thomas replying.
Milton's Kevin Hunt earlier had a chance to give his side the lead, but missed a penalty, when the score was 0-0.
