Division 1 side Brize Norton Res fought all the way to book their place in the last four with a 5-3 win over Division 3 outfit FC Chequers Res.
Paul Montgomery, Anthony Barlow and Ollie Smith netted for Chequers, but Brize eventually overcame their opponents thanks to a double from Paul Morrison, plus strikes from Ollie Puddle, Matt Howard and a Darren Hargreaves penalty.
Aston Leach was Hanborough Res's hero as he struck in extra time to seal a 2-1 victory over Minster Lovell Res.
Leach had also scored in normal time, but his goal was cancelled out by Ian Reynolds.
