Goalkeeper Ashley Edwards received his marching orders for two yellow cards, as Ducklington went down 5-4 at home to Spartan Rangers - their first defeat in the Premier Division.
Amazingly, all nine goals came in the second half, as Spartan's Dave Large helped himself to a hat-trick.
Steve Williams made it 4-0, before Ducklington fought back with goals from Gary Brooks (2), Stu Cutts, and Paul Neale.
But a further goal from Gavin Kominek secured a thrilling win for Spartan.
Hailey closed the gap at the top with a 4-3 win over Bampton Town.
Their goals came from Mike Bolt, Sean King, Russ Winstone and Dan King, with Bampton replying through Nathan Beckett (2) and Darryl Kew.
Brize Norton beat Hanborough 3-0, thanks to goals from John Curtis, Nigel Byng and John Smales.
Freeland edged out North Leigh A 3-2, thanks to goals from Richard Trigg, Darren McNamara and David Tarr.
Jason Lonsdale and Scott Cousins replied.
Two goals in each half gave Charlbury Town a 4-2 win over West Witney.
Bruce Claridge, Matt Holloway, Matt Smith and Martin Grimsley were on target, with Jon Smith and Matt Holliday scoring for West.
In Division 1, Milton thrashed Eynsham A 8-2, thanks to doubles from Pip Benfield and Justin Summers.
Ollie Croxon, Paul Dray, Jon Barnes and David Jeynes also scored, with Sam Grace netting twice for Eynsham.
Ben Sunblad hit a hat-trick as Aston beat Kingham AB 5-2.
Steve Caton and Chris Poulson were also on target, with Tom Edington replying.
Witney Wanderers drew 2-2 with FC Nomads.
Roger Perreira and Wes Phillips scored for Wanderers, with Dave Meredith and Dave O'Fee snatching a point for Nomads.
Jon Phillips grabbed a late equaliser as FC Mills drew 1-1 with Brize Norton Res.
Rob Marsh had earlier put Brize in front.
Dan Oyston's hat-trick saw Division 2 leaders Bampton Town Res to a 4-2 win over Freeland Res.
Richard Ghagan scored their other, with two Sam Symonds penalties reducing the arrears.
Combe thrashed West Witney Res 6-0, thanks to doubles from Simon Gale and Matt Baker and further goals from Simon Baker and Tim Wyatt.
Hanborough Res beat Wootton 4-1 with goals from Rob Lovick (2), Liam Harris and Chris Walker.
Dan Abitable replied.

Ollie Whitehall's five-timer saw Fieldtown to a 6-1 win over Spartan Rangers A in Division 3.
Ashley Bull was also on target, with Sean Wickson replying.
Martin Latimer hit a hat-trick for Minster Lovell Res in their 4-2 win at Aston Res.
Andrew Forteath scored their other goal, with Joe Coutts and Andy Aitken replying.
