FC Chequers pulled off the shock of the round as they beat Premier Division high-fliers Cassington in the first round.
They led 2-0 at half-time through Dean Jeffs and Kevin Davies, before Warren Vandenburgh reduced the arrears.
Davies sealed the game with Chequers' third goal.
Wychwood Forest outclassed Chippy Swifts 8-1.
Olly Bush (3), Simon Gibbs (2), Tim Senior, James Kear and Pete Travis were on target, with Andy Watson replying.
Division 2 outfit Southdrop lost 3-1 to Division 1 side Minster Lovell after extra time.
Craig Williams had put Minster in front, with Tom Simmons equalising.
In extra time, Leo Haines restored Minster's lead with a fantastic strike, then Chris Smith coompleted the scoring.
Matt Currill bagged a brace as Tackley beat Glory Farm Mustangs 5-2.
Craig Broome, Oscar Trigg and Ryan Wearing were also on target.
