ATHLETICS: Tegs Jones could not hide his delight after winning team silver with Wales at the British & Irish

Cross-Country Masters International in Swansea.

The Vet 40 Witney RR runner finished 37th and revelled in representing his country.

Jones said: “Ten years after running my first race at the Thame 10k, this is the proudest day of my running career.”
