There were emotional scenes at Marriotts Stadium as Hailey completed a memorable cup double, beating Spartan Rangers 3-2 in a thrilling final.
Hailey dedicated their first Junior Shield triumph to former manager Dean Winstone, who broke his neck in an accident at work.
Winstone suffered the injury falling off scaffolding, and is in a critical condition at the Derriford Hospital in Plymouth.
Hailey secretary Cherrie Cain said: "We don't know what the prognosis is yet, but we dedicated the victory to him.
"We took the shield down to Plymouth to show him, and it clearly cheered him up, although he is unable to talk and is on a ventilator."
In a scrappy first half, Sean King gave Hailey the lead, but a quickfire double from Dave Large saw Spartan edge into a 2-1 half-time lead.
On the hour, the scores were level when Joel King popped up to equalise after rounding the keeper to slot home.
A large and vociferous crowd cheered Hailey on, and they grabbed the winner 15 minutes from time as the King brothers completed a family hat-trick.
Joint manager Dan King found himself in front of an empty net to head home a Joel King cross.
At the final whistle, Hailey revealed t-shirts dedicating the victory to Winstone, who will be in hospital for several more weeks.
