Oxfordshire Charity Cup
Oxfordshire Senior League outfit Eynsham came out on top in a seven-goal thriller as they beat local rivals Freeland 4-3 in the final at Kidlington.
Watched by a crowd of more than 450 - a higher attendance than the Oxfordshire Senior Cup final - Freeland from the Witney & District FA, went in front in the 15th minute through Paul Salter, but Eynsham were quick to reply when Richard Bustin crossed for Jonathan Hall to level.
Ten minutes later, Bustin was brought down in the box, and Steve Green stepped up to send Eynsham into the break 2-1 ahead.
Freeland hit back again early in the second half when a Craig Simpson free-kick was fired home by Dale Kardos.
Tom Jerred slotted home Eynsham's third, but yet again, Freeland equalised, Stuart Hole heading home.
With extra time looming, Bustin became the Eynsham hero, slotting home unmarked to secure the cup.
