Megan Churchill hit a hat-trick as Carterton saw off west Oxfordshire rivals 3-1 Tower Hill Vixens in the Under 15 League.

Tower drew first blood against the run of play when Carly Allsworth shot over the outstretched hand of stand-in keeper Stacey Oakey.

In an end-to-end game, chances went begging for both sides, before Carterton levelled two minutes before the break, Churchill toe-poking home from six yards in a goalmouth scramble.

In the second half, Carterton went in front when Churchill's speculative strike beat the keeper at the near post.

Then, five minutes from time, Carterton secured the points when Churchill lobbed Tower Hill's keeper.

In the Under 12 A League, Carterton A ran riot as they crushed Oxford City 8-0.

Georgia Rose led the way with a four-timer, with Jessica Dearman bagging a brace.

Lucy Henshaw also got on target, with an own goal completing Carterton's tally.

Ducklington moved into the semi-finals of the Under 10 League Cup with a 2-0 victory over Benson.

Excellent goalkeeping from Chanel Ebanja and defensive work from player-of-the-match Millie Eaton kept Benson out, while two Katie Mullis goals put Ducklington through.
