Virgin Media customers are reporting issues with their broadband and internet connections.

There are issues with internet connectivity across the country.

A message from Virgin Media to a customer in Oxford said: "There's a broadband issue.

"Thanks for your patience while we work to fix things as quick as we can."

There have been close to 800 reports across the UK since noon today (Wednesday, November 27).

A Virgin Media spokesperson said: “We aren’t aware of any issues with our network in the Oxford area, which is working as normal for our customers.”
