Thames Valley Police is responding and the force has warned there may be delays on the roads while officers attend to sort them.
It asked drivers to avoid the roads if possible.
The force added: "These incidents have been due to the poor weather and road conditions, please if you are out and about take extra care, the roads having so much surface water will act like an ice rink to cars."
Poor weather conditions are expected to continue into the night tonight (Sunday, November 24) as a result of Storm Bert.
