Judge Ian Pringle, who is presiding over the case, has advised the jury that is it best to adjourn for a day and resume the trial on Thursday morning (October 17).
During the start of the trial on Tuesday (October 15), the jury heard that Omoruyi allegedly encouraged the boy to drink ‘four to five cups’ of alcohol before threatening him to engage in sexual activity.
She is expected to argue that the teenager wanted to drink and no sexual activity took place.
