A YOUNG man has been charged after being accused of sexually touching a five-year-old boy.
Rzgar Swara, of Alvescot Road, Carterton, is due to appear in court after being charged with two counts of assaulting a boy under 13 by touching.
It is alleged that the 20-year-old touched a five-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, and the manner of touching was sexual.

The reported offences allegedly took place in June this year.
Swara is now due to appear at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (July 11) for his plea hearing.
It is unknown whether the case will remain at the lower court or be sent to a Crown Court to be dealt with following the defendant’s plea.
