Blenheim Palace has announced a programme of events for families to enjoy during the February half-term.

Visitors can take part in a variety of outdoor activities, including a new adventure play area with ziplines, slides, swings, and tunnels.

During half-term, children can get involved in dance sessions, pebble painting, and animal-themed storytelling, or planting seeds in pots and making personalised lolly stick decorations.

Walled Garden visitors can take advantage of the "kids eat free" offer at the pizzeria, with a margherita pizza and a drink on offer.

Children can partake in a woodland animal-themed colouring competition with a prize of a family pass to future adventure play events and goodies from the palace shop.

The adventure play area will be open every day during the February half-term, from February 10 to 18.

Outside of the school holiday, until March 1, the outdoor attraction will be open from Friday to Sunday with time slots at 10.15am and 12.15pm.

There is also the 2000-acre 'Capability' Brown landscaped parkland, bird-spotting opportunities, and a woodland trail.

Visitors can download the Blenheim bird bingo sheets from the palace's website or help Delilah the cow find her animal friends on the trail.

Tickets are treated as charitable donations and a palace, park and gardens ticket is converted into an annual pass at no extra cost, granting unlimited access to the palace for a year following their visit.
