ANDREW HAWKINS, 30, of Ashdown Way, Grove, pleaded guilty to damaging a BMW windscreen in September. He was ordered to pay £1,645 in compensation.
ROSEN STEFANOV, 34, of Austin Way, Ambrosden, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breath specimen at Banbury police station on September 28. He was banned from driving for 17 months, fined £833 and was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £333 victim surcharge.

DARIUSZ SZWAB, 26, of Warwick Road, Banbury, was found guilty of drink driving a Renault Megane on Warwick Road on November 20, 2022. Tests showed he had 105mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath; exactly three times the legal limit of 35. He was handed a community order by the district judge, who ordered Szwab complete 100 hours of unpaid work and imposed a two year driving ban. He must pay £514 in costs and surcharge.
LEIGHTON BROUGHTON, 22, of Easington Road, Banbury, admitted failing to give his name to a constable in Banbury, as required by anti-social behaviour laws, obstructing a constable and assaulting a police officer. All the offences were committed in February. He received a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work and up to 12 rehabilitation activity requirement days, and he must pay £100 in compensation to the officer he attacked. He was also told to pay £199 in costs and surcharge. Separately, Broughton accepted using racially-aggravated disorderly behaviour in Oxford on June 4m and was ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

MARIO CANOSA, 47, of South Place, Marlow, admitted assault by beating in Woodstock on February 28. He was ordered to do the building better relationships course as part of a community order and was handed a restraining order that bans contact with his victim for two years. He must pay £314 in costs and surcharge.
NEIL GRISBROOKE, 38, of Bradstock Way, Sutton Courtenay, accepted possession of cocaine in Abingdon in February. He was given a 12 month conditional discharge and must pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

PARISAN SELVARATNAM, 37, of Heaton Road, Bicester, admitted drink driving a Range Rover on Vendees Road, Bicester, on July 15. Tests showed the 4x4 driver had 56mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath; the legal limit being 35mgs. The justices imposed a fine of £162, a three year driving ban and £85 in costs.
GARETH ROGERS, 52, of Nettlebed Mead, Oxford, accepted shoplifting meat from Sainsbury’s in September then failing to surrender to the court. He received a conditional discharge, but was ordered to pay £164 in compensation to Sainsbury’s. He must also pay £111 in costs and surcharge.
KEANE NEAL, 24, of Landseer Walk, Abingdon, admitted possession of two kitchen knives in public – West St Helens Street – in September. He received four months’ imprisonment and was ordered to pay £239 in costs and surcharge.
MATTHEW HAPGOOD, 42, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to two counts of shoplifting from stores in Didcot. He was jailed for eight weeks and told to pay £50 in compensation.
