CHRISTOPHER PRIOR, 32, of Dashwood Road, Oxford, admitted possession of 16 indecent images of children and a prohibited image of a child. The indecent images included one image in category A, five in category B and 10 in category C. He was sentenced to 16 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for two years, with 35 rehabilitation activity requirement days and 120 hours of unpaid work. He will be on the sex offender register for seven years and must abide by a sexual harm prevention order for the same period of time. The magistrates ordered he pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £128 victim surcharge.
TERRI PLUMSTEAD, 34, of Pioneer Way, Bicester, admitted damaging a man’s pair of glasses, assaulting a police officer and damaging a police van cage door last July. She received a 12 month conditional discharge, must pay £120 in compensation and was ordered to pay £111 in costs and surcharge.

KAREN BOTTLEY, 53, of Partridge Walk, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW X1 in Horspath Driftway last July while over the limit for cocaine and its derivative benzoylecgonine and without insurance. She was fined £240, banned from driving for a year and must pay a £96 victim surcharge.
ELIZABETH CONNORS, 53, of Balmoral Avenue, Banbury, pleaded guilty to driving a Mercedes C class in Milton Keynes in February without a licence or insurance. She also admitted failing to provide a specimen of blood, despite having been required to do so by the police. She was banned from driving for a year, fined £240 and ordered to pay a £64 victim surcharge.

AHMMED ZAHRAN, 31, of Peat Moors, Oxford, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police sergeant in Oxford in August 2021. The magistrates imposed a £162 fine, £50 in compensation and ordered the payment of £50 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
LEE BROWN, 42, of New Road, Hailey, admitted two counts of breaching a non-molestation order. In separate incidents, he was said to have turned up at the victim’s workplace with an engagement ring and, separately, with a knife and pepper spray. He was sentenced to six weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year and a half, with 100 hours of unpaid work. He must complete the Building Better Relationships domestic violence programme with the probation service. A restraining order bans him from contacting the victim ‘until further order’. He was also ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £154 victim surcharge.

MAKSIM CHERNOGOR, 37, of The Croft, Marcham, pleaded guilty to drug driving on two different dates last October. Blood tests showed he had benzoylecgonine in his system on October 7 and, on October 22, was over the limit for benzoylecgonine and cannabis. He was fined £550, banned from driving for a year and a half, and was ordered to pay £85 in costs.
ADRIAN-SORIN SAVIN, 35, of Woodgreen Avenue, Banbury, admitted drink driving a Renault Clio near his home address last September. Tests showed he had 138mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, almost one-and-a-half times the legal limit of 80mlgs. Savin received a community order with 60 hours of unpaid work, was banned from the roads for 42 months and must pay £85 in prosecution costs.
