JAMES PREECE, 29, of Beech Road, Wheatley, admitted drink driving a VW Scirocco in Thame High Street last August. Tests showed he was more than twice the legal limit. Blood tests showed he had 174mlgs in his system; the legal limit is 80mlgs. He was fined £500, banned from driving for 19 months and was ordered to pay £285 in costs and surcharge.
DENNY CLEMENTS, 29, of Gough Close, North Leigh, pleaded guilty to assault of a woman by beating her. Clements received a community order with up to 27 rehabilitation activity requirement days and must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
MAYCON NOSELLA, 39, of Orchard Court, Rose Hill, admitted driving a Mercedes A class in Vendee Drive, Bicester, without insurance and a valid licence. Nosella received 80 hours of unpaid work for the driving without a licence and was fined £461 and given six penalty points for driving without insurance. The magistrates awarded the Crown Prosecution Service £85 in costs.
HARLEY PULLEN, 23, of Norreys Drive, Chesterton, admitted driving a Leeway R8 motorcycle without insurance in The Oval, Bicester, last September. Pullen received six penalty points, a £240 fine and must pay £85 in costs.
LEE TRUSLER, 32, of The Camellias, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Vauxhall Corsa in Ruscote Avenue. Blood tests showed he was over the legal limit for benzoylecgonine, a substance created when the body breaks down cocaine. He was fined £230, banned from the roads for a year and must pay £177 in costs and surcharge.
PHILLIP AUST, 23, of Harbord Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving an Audi A7 in Firs Meadow, Oxford. Tests showed he had 128mlgs of alcohol in 100ml of blood, less than one-and-a-half times the legal limit. He was fined £346, banned from driving for a year and must pay £85 in costs and a £138 victim surcharge.
GARY JONES, 57, of Wilcher Close, East Hagbourne, pleaded guilty to drink driving a VW Polo last July. Tests showed Jones had 110mlgs of alcohol in 100ml of urine. The legal limit is 107mlgs. He was fined £120, banned from driving for a year and must pay a £48 victim surcharge.
KANE GASKELL, 31, of Croft Road, Marston, admitted stalking a woman between November 19 and December 20 last year in Abingdon, and damaging a mobile phone belonging to her in October. He was given a community order with a nine month mental health treatment programme and up to 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days. A restraining order prevents him from contacting his victim. He must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
PETAR GOLUBOVIC, 44, of St Leonards Road, Windsor, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath at Abingdon police station last December, having been arrested on suspicion of a road traffic offence. He was banned from driving for a year and a half and fined £480. He must pay £85 in costs and a £192 victim surcharge.
JERMAINE JONES, 40, of Luther Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to causing a woman actual bodily harm last December. He was jailed for 20 weeks, given a restraining order banning him from contacting the victim and must pay £100 in costs.
LOUIS MCLOUGHLIN, 38, of Kidlington Road, Islip, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman in Kidlington last July. The district judge imposed 40 hours of unpaid work, must pay £15 in compensation and perform up to 27 rehabilitation activity requirement days.
