THE festive season is upon us and a number of events have already been lined up for people to enjoy this Christmas.
From light trials to switch-on ceremonies, here’s a list of several events taking place across the county this month and next.

- Winter light trail, Waddesdon Manor. November 12 to January 2
- Illuminated Evenings, Fairytale Farm in Chipping Norton. October 27 to November 27
- Into The Woods Light Trail, The Old Shed near Chalbury, December 16 to December 18
- The Oxford Light Festival, this week until Sunday, November 20
- Garth Park Christmas Light Trail, Bicester. December 3 to December 18
- Thame Christmas light switch-on. Friday, December 2
- Kidlington Christmas lights switch-on. Thursday, December 1
