A TWITTER account is today retweeting all employers that make a post about International Women's Day and outing their gender pay gaps.
The people behind @PayGapApp, the Gender Pay Gap Bot, have spent today quote retweeting schools, universities, clothing brands and all other businesses with a gender pay gap using public data.
Two Oxford University colleges have been retweeted.
The first, Trinity College, said: "Happy #InternationalWomensDay! Follow @UniofOxford today for a great series on the great women at Oxford who have made a different - to the university, and to the world! #IWD"
The Gender Pay Gap Bot replied: "In this organisation, women's median hourly pay is 18.4% lower than men's."

Mansfield College shared a ppicture of books from the library about and written by women who have graduated from Mansfield College including 'Hood Feminism', 'Wilde' and 'Sisterhood and After'.
The bot replied: "In this organisation, women's median hourly pay is 5.9% lower than men's."

One Oxfordshire council has also been retweeted.
West Oxfordshire District Council shared a video of councillor Michele Mead (the leader) speaking about the international day of celebrating women.
She said: "This year's theme is Break The Bias. Here at West oxfordshire District Council we're already breaking the bias with many influential women working in key roles within the council."
The bot replied: "In this organisation, women's median hourly pay is 26.2% lower than men's."
