A MAN has been charged with 14 crimes - including kidnap and sexual offences.
Luiz Inacio Da Silvaneto, of Riverlight Quay in Wandsworth, London, was arrested on Sunday.
Yesterday, the 35-year-old was charged with:
- Three counts of administering a substance with intent to stupefy / overpower to allow sexual activity;
- Two counts of kidnap / false imprisonment of a person with intent to commit a relevant sexual offence;
- Two counts of causing a male 13 or over to engage in a penetrative sexual activity;
- One count of possession of a controlled drug of Class A, MDMA;
- One count of possession of a controlled drug of Class A, Methylamphetamine;
- One count of possession of a controlled drug of Class A, Cocaine;
- One count of possession of a controlled drug of Class B, Ketamine;
- One count of possession of a controlled drug of Class B, Cannabis / Cannabis Resin;
- One count of possession of a controlled drug of Class B, Cathinone derivative;
- One count of possession of a controlled drug of Class C.
The drugs offences occurred in Manzil Way in Oxford on December 3 this year.
All the other offences occurred at a property in a village in West Oxfordshire on three separate dates this year, including 10 September, 10 November and 10 December.
There were three victims, all men.
Silvaneto appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court today and was remanded in custody to appear at Oxford Crown Court tomorrow.
