A MAN charged with dangerous driving after a minibus crash last year has appeared in court.
Mark Nicholson, of Abbey Hills Road, Oldham, Lancashire, was also charged with driving without insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
On June 9, a minibus carrying 16 people overturned on the southbound M40, north of junction 11 at Banbury.
The driver and passengers suffered non-life threatening injuries. Nicholson was released on bail and will appear for a plea hearing on September 30.
