Passed away at home on Monday 11th November, aged 79.
Devoted husband to Wendy, much loved dad to Matthew and Daniel and father-in-law to Angela and Kirsty. Grandfather to Kirsty, Tara, Samuel and Keeley. Great Grandfather to Logan and Reuban.
He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral to be held at North Oxfordshire Crematorium on Monday 9th December at 10am.
Family flowers only, donations may be made in memory of David to Cancer Research UK on the day.
