SPICER Jeff Peacefully at home on 6th October 2024, aged 77 years. Much loved husband of Helen and loving Dad and Pops. Jeff will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service to take place at North Oxfordshire Crematorium on Friday 1st November at 11am.
