MAJOR John Gordon Savelle MBE We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of John on 31st March 2024, aged 79. Beloved husband, father, and grandfather. John served his country with distinction as a Major in the British Coldstream Guards. He was also awarded an MBE for his services to the country. He will be remembered as he was a very special man, especially for his sense of humour, his dedication to the army, and his family. A service of remembrance and celebration of John's life will be held at North Oxfordshire Crematorium, Tackley, OX5 3ER on Friday 26th April 2024 at 1pm. Family flowers only.
