LOCK Beryl David would like to thank all friends, relatives and neighbours who came to the funeral and also for the messages of sympathy, floral tributes and donations to the British Heart Foundation.In particular, thanks to Canon Tim Partridge for conducting the service, Philippa Hyde and Christopher Fletcher-Campbell for their musical contributions and Peter Smith and the staff at E Taylor and Son for their meticulous arrangements. Finally many thanks to all the staff at Middletown Grange, Hailey, who gave Beryl such devoted care in her last three years.Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement.
