SEVEN schools in Oxfordshire have announced partial closures this morning due to Covid-19 cases.
Brookside Primary School in Bicester has seen a Year 6 bubble close following a positive test, with pupils in that bubble set to return on July 6.
Dr South’s CE Primary School in Kidlington has closed Year 3 and 4 classes, and will also return on July 6.
Years 3 and 4 at Ewelme CE Primary School in Wallingford are closed until July 5, while Years 5 and 6 are closed today as a precaution to allow further contact tracing.

The Year 6 bubble at King’s Meadow Primary School in Bicester is self-isolating for 10 days, with the bubble set to reopen on July 7.
At Kirtlington CE Primary School, the oak class is closed until July 5, while a positive case in the Rowan class means that group will be self-isolating until July 8.
The Year 4 bubble at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School in Thame has closed after two positive test results, while the Year 1 bubble has also now closed. The bubbles will reopen on July 5 and 7 respectively.
Two Key Stage 1 classes at Wolvercote Primary School have closed. The Year 1 and 2 hedgehog class will reopen on July 5, while the Year 1 and 2 squirrel class will reopen on July 6.
The schools are joined by Chadlington CE Primary School, which closed the Year 5 and 6 bubble on Friday.
Thirty students, plus one teacher and teaching assistant will be in self-isolation until July 5.
