Man who touched teenager gets suspended sentence
A MAN has avoided jail after he was convicted of engaging in sexual activity with a 13-year-old girl. Matthew Watts, of Orchard Way, Kingham, was given a 12-month prison sentence, but Judge Gordon Risius said he would suspend it for two years.
