West Oxfordshire District Council - Street Trading Controls in West Oxfordshire

LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1982
STREET TRADING CONTROLS IN WEST OXFORDSHIRE

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Schedule 4 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982("the Act") that the following changes shall be made to the designation of streets made previously by West Oxfordshire District Council ("the Council") for the purposes of the Act:

I.That the following streets (including all forecourts, roads, footways or other areas adjacent to the streets referred to below for a distance of 10 metres from the edge of the adopted highway) shall for the purposes of the Act be designated as prohibited streets (in addition to the prohibited streets already designated by the Council) with effect from 1 May 2015.

2.That the following streets (including all forecourts, roads, footways or other areas adjacent to the streets referred to below for a distance of 10 metres from the edge of the adopted highway) shall for the purposes of the Act be designated as consent streets(in addition to the consent streets already designated by the Council) with effect from 1 May 2015.

(All the streets designated by the Council for the purposes of the Act, including those listed in this notice are as more particularly defined on the plan available for public inspection during normal office hours at the Council's Elmfield offices). Any persons wishing to make representations to the proposals may do so in writing to the undersigned no later than 28 days after the date of publication of this newspaper.
