Arthur Edward Dixey Deceased Estate

Notice is hereby given pu rsuant to sect ion 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Arthur Edward Dixey (also known as Ted Dixey) of  Madley Park House, Madley Way, Witney, Oxfordshire OX28 1AT and formerly of Fisher's Bridge Cottage, Buckland Road, Bampton,
OX18 2AA who died on 11th May 2014 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to Neil Denniss, Bespoke Tax Accountants Limited, Westmoreland House, 80-86 Bath Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL53 7JT and to send such particulars before 30th November 2014 after which date the personal representatives will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
