LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that We, Loungers Ltd. Have applied to West Oxfordshire District Council To vary the premises situated at: Como Lounge, 34 Market Square, Witney, Oxfordshire OX28 6BB To accommodate a change in the plan to the first floor which now shows an outside terrace for customer use, all as per the application. No changes to hours or licensable activity are being sought. Any person wishing to object to this application must give notice in writing stating the nature of the objection by 2nd May 2014.

Any representations made must relate to one of the 4 Licensing Objectives, prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and protection of children from harm.
