Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate

Notice is hereby given that, Robert Wheatley, Claire-Louise Hall & The Showmens Children's Charity (reg.No.1142014) applied to West Oxfordshire District Council on 14th June 2013 to use premises at grazing land, Hatwells Field, Cassington, Oxford.

To Hold a one day family funday, for 100% charity purposes, between the hours of 1100 & 2330, on 11/09/13, activities to include, live music, recorded music, alcohol sales, Punch & Judy, children's entertainers.

Any person wishing to object to this application mustgivenotice in writing stating the nature of objection by19th July2013. Any representations made must relate to one of the 4 Licensing Objectives, prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and protection of children from harm. All representations are made public.
