That notice be given in accordance with Section 63(2) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 that the Council proposes to appoint a stand for taxis as described in Schedule 1 below and to revoke the appointment of the stand described in Schedule 11 below:

SCHEDULE I Location Number of Hackney Carriages Witney: 11 Market square-western carriageway. East side. From a point 92 metres north of the centre line of its junction with Corn Street for a distance of 63 metres north.

SCHEDULE II Location Witney: 8 Market Place on the east side from a point 112 metres north of the centre line of its junction with Corn Street for a distance of 43 metres north Anyone wishing to make objection to the above proposal must do so in writing within 28 days of the date of publication of this newspaper.
