The Witney Roadrunner came home in 17mins 45secs, just ahead of clubmates, Matthew Lock, who was the first junior male in fourth, and Anthony Lock, the top veteran 50 in seventh.
In the Ridgeway Relay, Eynsham’s senior A team finished 13th, a place ahead of their ladies outfit, who won the women's prize.
Witney A, Woodstock A and Eynsham B completed the top 20.
