ATHLETICS: James Bolton, of Woodstock Harriers, took third at the Humph's Hilly Half in Bourton-on-the-Water
The vet 40 runner crossed in 1hr 17mins 3secs, just under a minute behind winner Anthony Bailey, of Cheltenham & County Harriers.
Woodstock's David Cantwell finished fifth and first veteran 45, while clubmate Rob Webster came 11th.
The first Witney runner home was Chris Colbeck in 19th.
