A serving police officer has been acquitted of stalking and assault in Oxfordshire.
Thames Valley Police officer, PC Camron Noble, aged 23, was today (April 10) acquitted by a judge of one count of stalking without fear of violence and one count of assault by beating at Northampton Magistrates’ Court.
After the prosecution case, the defence made an application that there was no case to answer.

The judge agreed there was no case to answer and acquitted Noble, who is based at Witney Police Station.
The case centred around reports of stalking offences that took place between June 17 and 21 and an assault occurred at a private address in Banbury.
Last year, six officers of staff working for Thames Valley Police were found guilty of crimes including sexual offences and violence last year.
